A friend suggested reflexology for my back problem which I had struggled with for a long time and which physio had not resolved. I found Jackie and started a course of reflexology. When we started I struggled to get on and off the treatment table. After a few weeks my back improved, after the first session I felt less anxious and that hour became one of total relaxation. The sessions gave me significant improvement easing my back but also in helping me relax I now have maintenance sessions and feel great with less back problems. Getting on and off the treatment table is no longer an issue. I would recommend reflexology and definitely Jackie. I have also been fortunate to try acupuncture and was a trial patient for scar tissue massage. Acupuncture helped with arthritis in my hand and with migraines. When Jackie was trying scar tissue massage I agreed for her to try this on a scar on my leg from an operation when I was eight, I had always struggled to touch the scar and to kneel as pressure on the scar made me feel sick. As I did not like touching the scar I was a bit scared, Jackie’s gentle approach has changed the scar after a few short sessions, it is less tight and no longer hurts to touch plus kneeling is no longer the issue it was. Highly recommend Jackie, for her skills and her kind approachable personality.

Jackie made me very comfortable and is very warm and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and answers any questions honestly. I highly recommend Jackie for her foot reading. As a fellow advanced reflexologist I was very impressed with the reading she did for me; the level of detail, and accuracy was excellent. I had not expected such a comprehensive and thorough report with such fascinating insights into many different aspects of my being! The recommendations as to how to achieve a better balance in the aforementioned aspects were very useful and I will endeavour to put them into practice. If you're curious about foot reading, or feel that there are aspects of your being (whether physical or mental/emotional) that are out of balance don't hesitate to have a reading done, it really is worth it in many ways.
