t. s.Excellent very efficient service, appointment on time. All staff friendly and helpful showing me where to go as this was the first visit since surgery has moved into this building. Was in and out and had flu vaccination within minutes.
J. W.Great thanks to Lytham Road surgery for arranging flu vaccine for my wife and I recently well organised. The practice has now settled into their new surroundings, having been a patient with LRS since the 1970s our family have always been appreciative of the service available. My wife and I now both 75 have been in need of attention in recent months, everyone has been wonderful, reception are always so helpful Clinicians and doctors have been exceptional in their quick response and referrals.

P. I.Just had a very productive and helpful experience with Debbie. With a friendly & professional manner she booked my Asthma review appt as well as my kidney review clinic appointment, organised blood & urine forms. Additionally she answered my query as to how long I have to wait to have my Covid booster given that I am currently testing Covid positive. Massively helpful experience, thank you.

I’d never been to the new surgery, so wasn’t sure where I was going, but once I found the reception desk it all went very smoothly. Some temporary signs directing patients would have helped.
L. W.Went for flu jab which was well organised. They are still taking precautions against Covid by asking everyone to wear a mask so I was surprised that, on arrival, I was directed to sit in a corridor on seats with no more than a few inches between them. As covid cases are reportedly on the rise again perhaps utilising the waiting area in reception allowing some degree of social distancing would be better.

J. F.I would just like to thank Lytham Road Surgery for their help and support over the past few years. I have never had a problem getting a doctors appt throughout the pandemic, weather that be a telephone appointment or a face to face when allowed, they have always gone above and beyond to help me especially Dr Glendinning, she has been exceptional at putting a plan together throughout my issues over the past 12 months, it’s nice to know and find a doctor who cares and listens to your problems.
Also the reception/admin staff have always been super helpful and sympathetic towards me when I call up!! So I’d just like to say a big thank you!!
