I initially came to see Frankie because of hormonal acne issues and I agreed to a bespoke 3 month program which has done wonders for my skin! I rarely experience break outs now and when I do my skin heals very quickly. I’ve continued my skin journey with Frankie to help with a few aging concerns - I particularly love the microneedling treatment which gives my skin a real boost. Combined with facial products I’m so pleased to say that my skin is looking and feeling so much better! Aged 47 it’s so worth the investment as I slow down the aging process and know that I have expert advice every step of the way for any issues that may crop up. Your care and expertise Frankie are indeed priceless- thank you!!

I've seen Frankie for a few peels as I've been looking to target dull skin and breakouts. Yesterday we tried a stronger peel and my skin is positively glowing! I have only discovered Frankie’s salon recently but have been incredibly impressed by the way she treats her clients. I was looking for some suggestions to treat my hyperpigmentation and after a rather disastrous experience in a London salon decided to go further afield to seek help. From our first encounter it was clear that her priority was not selling me expensive products or treatments like the London salon tried to do. Frankie’s focus is clearly finding the correct skincare regime that would benefit each individual hence she wanted to first throughly assess my skin before going ahead with any treatment. She has spent endless hours making enquiries with various companies and reps about my specific condition and has even spotted issues with my skin that no one had ever diagnosed before. I fully trust her advice and am really hoping the Byonik laser treatment and skin regimen that she has put together will help with my hyperpigmentation. In simple terms Frankie is just a gem!

I know that I don't take good care of my skin, so it was very interesting to have it assessed and treated by a professional. Frankie was very knowledgeable and professional; I felt as though I was in safe hands with her. She applied several products to my skin to cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise it and gave me some samples to take away to try for a few days to find out what suits me. My skin felt wonderful afterwards and looked much brighter. The whole experience was totally relaxing, especially the massage. Highly recommended.

Her attention to detail, interest in the individual skin conditions and overall care makes her an exceptional practitioner in her area. Frankie reassured me with her professionalism, understanding and in-depth skin knowledge. Each step, from the initial diagnostic through to the skin care treatment, was explained in detail to me. Privacy was respected at all times. Frankie follows up the consultation with a detailed email, clearly explaining the diagnosis, suggested areas of treatment (if needed) and good creams to improve different skin conditions. I recommend Frances' services to anyone who is in the Berkshire or Oxfordshire, area wishing to experience the best facial, with an impressive eye for skin structure and care. I was suffering from dry skin and hormonal breakouts and my skin was so aggravated from using the wrong products. One appointment with Frankie and Crysallis made the biggest difference! I went to Crystallis Skin after seeing an advert on Facebook for skin peels. Having a myriad of skin concerns, I made an appointment. I hit it off with Frankie straight away and she proceeded to give me a very in depth and interesting skin consultation . Her knowledge on skin and the various treatments and products is vast. She scanned my skin, and produced a report , measuring, elasticity, hydration, wrinkles, sensitivity etc. On the back of that, I learned that my skin was highly inflamed and very sensitive and not at all suited to a peel this time. She instead gave me a nourishing and relaxing facial which reduced the inflammation and gave me a more even skin tone. It also felt much more hydrated after drying out so much in the winter months. After one visit , based on Frankies understanding of skin, I intend to work with her moving forward to address some of my skin issues and am confident she can get it to a much better place. I have been having treatments for 6 months now to help my redness, and to assist in anti -ageing treatments. My skin elasticity has visibly improved, as has the redness through using her cosmeceutical products, and her facials. Now I am having a derma roller treatment programme. I struggled with hyperpigmentation for 6 years and more severely the last 3 years, I tried treatments which were costly and non effective or temporary. I contacted several clinics but came across only one that offered me the same treatment however gave me the right confidence to take the step. I'm in my third month of Cosmelan, I've had comments like never before! 'Looking 10 years younger', 'which foundation are you wearing?' answer: not wearing any!! Literally had friends and family not believing me until I gave them a white tissue test, wipe it on my skin and see for yourself! 'Wow what have you done to your skin?' 'looking amazing', 'where have all the marks gone?' .... and many more. I won't lie, it's not an easy path to take but with patience and will we can all make it because with results like mine where I can now leave home without any makeup on says it all! Not forgetting the most important part, Frankie's continued most valuable support throughout from the first day until now.

Another wonderful skin treatment from Frankie! I was experiencing quite a bad breakout thanks to stress and hormones and had a chat with Frankie who recommended a Byonik laser facial. This facial consists of the use of a very gentle and safe laser which can help with inflammation, excess oil and just offer an overall brightening effect. It did exactly that. The treatment itself felt very relaxing and post facial I could see that my active breakouts had calmed down quite a bit. My skin looked brighter, felt calmer and ‘clean’ and what loved the most was that there was no dreaded breakout during the following the facial. A complete win! I can’t wait for my next one. Frankie is such a lovely helpful lady, my first appointment we went through my consultation and my skin (which was pretty bad before I came to her- I developed hormonal Acne in February after never having acne before the age of 23) and immediately felt super comfortable with her!
