V. H.No problems with the surgery but I feel they should have sorted the system for entering the surgery by now.
It’s not clear where to stand for reception/dispensary or pharmacy. It should be so simple but unfortunately some people don’t understand that there is a queue.......
Maybe they could put up better signs.
L. H.Lovely surgery. Friendly abs helpful receptionists. Dr's and nurses brilliant. Never had an issue getting an appointment. The pharmacy is open every day until 10pm too.

M. T.I just moved to here from Shinfield surgery and in two visits have done more from me than 2 years going to Shinfield the staff at Mortimer are very professional and do care about you and I get to see the same doctor each visit very very happy
