I was recommended to Ruth several years ago, from my chiropractor at the time. On first meeting Ruth, I felt in very safe hands. She begins with an in depth but relaxed consultation, to really find out how she is best placed to help your particular needs. She is calming, non judgemental, kind and caring, a consummate and dedicated professional, who really believes in what she practices. She is extremely knowledgeable, and is always able and willing to offer different suggestions to help with various symptons. I feel extremely lucky to have such a wonderful practitioner to look after me.

Went to see Ruth after having a fall from a horse and I was suffering shoulder pain. Had restricted movement in shoulder . Had one visit and after one treatment I had a lot less pain and so much more movement it was amazing ! Ruth really knows her stuff ! Lovely treatment room too very relaxing and Ruth was just lovely and made me feel at ease . I would highly recommend .
