Came here at 16 weeks for our gender scan and at 27 weeks for our 4D scan. Both times were brilliant from start to finish. The front of house staff are so attentive and the sonographer and chaperone are great during the scan too. My favourite part is that all photos taken during the scans are uploaded onto an app so you have every single one of them digitally. Would recommend to everyone and will def be coming back with baby #2 in a few years.

I’m 20 weeks and had my appointment at the hospital yesterday but they could let find out the gender as baby was crossing legs, today we came to window of the womb and they told us straight away ITS A BABY GIRL❤️ Very thankful, me and my partner are so happy , we got 4 prints a movie of the scans for only £25 and everyone was amazing prya was our sonographer and she was amazing explaining everything to us and being amazing !

This is the second time we have been for a scan at Window to the womb and the staff are excellent, welcoming and attentive. We had the early scan and the gender/wellbeing scan at 17 weeks. They offered us a great variety on things to take away with us without being pushy. They were extremely patient with us having to have a break and walk to then come back 15 minutes later due to the baby’s position. Would recommend 100%. We got some lovely photos to take away with us as well as a little heartbeat bear for my step daughter to cherish.

I have been twice now, once for an early scan and again for a well-being and gender scan. Each time I went all of the staff have been lovely and so accommodating. They are extremely informative during the scan and patient and helpful afterwards. The prices are fair and they do some lovely extras too, you can also make a donation and in return take a stuffed toy away that has a bit of damage, I now have a little rabbit teddy with a small black mark on the foot so not noticeable at all and will be baby’s first teddy. They also can provide you with the entire scan video which is so lovely to watch back on and show to family. will be coming back again soon and in my future pregnancies also. Cannot recommend them enough.

On the 26th June we went to the Reading, Window to the womb. The experience could have been much better if it was not for the very irritating service of the one staff who prints out the photos. We arrived with excitement to see our baby in 4D, when we arrived we were told by the short-haired assistant to wait outside as too many people in the shop. Understandable with Covid. We went in when requested and the scan with the Sonographer was professional and comfortable. This part was enjoyable, once completed my wife popped to the toilet and I went out and sat near the terminals to start selecting our photos… as my wife returned, without hesitation we were told by the same assistant to scan a qr code and sit outside in our car using our phone to select the pictures cause she did not want us to be rushed ! due to restriction on how many people in the clinic… this did not make sense at the time as all wearing masks and we were in the corner… there were not many people in the clinic. So we obliged and sat in our car with temperature of 30c (my wife is 26+ weeks pregnant!). I had to switch on the car air conditioner so it was more comfortable for my wife. Now selecting photos on a phone is tedious and not as clear especially in bright conditions. It took us sometime to work through the 30+ photos …we then got disturbed by the assistant to see what was taking so long ….had we not sent the selection through …. This led me to recheck my selection and then an error occurred and I tried to get back to the front page…lost all my selections… at this time I was more frustrated….too make matters worse another couple came out of the clinic at that time and had in their hands all the print outs and we thought what the hell… my wife asked are they going to select their photos in the car ? Nope ….they left immediately… At this time I had enough and went back inside to rescan the qr. code , quickly select my print outs from memory on my phone again and went back outside to wait for the prints… they were brought quickly and thankfully of a good standard… So why do we get treated less than others ? Is this because they pay more than us We strongly doubt it …. We paid for the top tier 4D scan plus and additional measurement of baby, but get told "cause we have more photos to work through need to go outside and select in our car". This is the first time in our lives we been treated like this. It would have been much quicker on a computer and big screen… it took 20 minutes to go through all the photos on my phone! This is unacceptable service !

Easy to find with sat Nav. Parking outside. Long old wait but understandable in current Corona climate. Staff were very friendly, once inside comfy seats to wait with. I had my well being + gender scan today. Unfortunately baby had their legs crossed for the duration of my scan making the gender hard to determine. I was asked to go for a quick walk and drink a fizzy drink and come back in 15 minutes. I did just that and baby’s gender was seen instantly! Baby was being really awkward so rather than just give up and leave us disappointed with not very good images, they told us to go for a walk a come back in 30 minutes. Had my 4D scan over 2 weeks ago was really excited until we signed the agreement if baby wasn't to move or in a good position we wouldn't be able to rebook for a scan due to covid! Partly my fault as lady explained it was in the email which I didn't see, we still went for the scan, the receptionist was really lovely and gave some good advice to get baby moving. Just my luck baby had her face completely covered, the sonographers got me wiggling my belly and turning on my side which really helped move the baby. We got some really lovely pictures and got it all on video. Really felt they went beyond for us to get some good photos and to enjoy the experience Thankyou X

I can only say good things about Window to the Womb. We unfortunately had a missed miscarriage and both the sonographer and assistant were very tactful in delivering the news and I'm incredibly grateful for that. When dealing with something as emotionally draining as this you need good people around you, and that includes the people who deliver the news. They were informative, patient, understanding, and offered us to stay a bit longer in the room if needed. They answered all of our questions and dealt with booking an appointment with my hospital so I wouldn't have to worry about that. Lovely bright and friendly scan clinic. Despite delays due to some difficult scans in the morning all staff were friendly and welcoming and took time to make us feel at ease.
