I have found proper professional service at Southampton Atlantic Clinic as every I am taking there. Mrs.Wioletta Nowak was incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my daughters health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a nurse that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I do highly recommend becoming them patient!

I went for laboratory blood tests, and I'm very pleased to say that my experience was very good. First of all, Receptionists were helpful, informative, nice and pleasant. Before I went to clinic I had 2 conversations over the phone with two different people and still got what I needed. I came to UK in August '17 for a business trip. It turned out that a dentist in PL messed up the filling in my lower right wisdom tooth and with severe pain I landed in Atlantic Clinic and a visit to Dr Cyganska. She took into consideration all of the circumstances, took an xray and suggested I have a pulp infection. She gave me antibiotics. Unfortunately they did not work and I was back after one week for an extraction. I was terrified but the atmosphere in the clinic and staff attitude helped me relax. The extraction took 10 minutes, didnt hurt at all. All of my questions were answered in a lot of detailed and with patience. My face did not swell, I took ibuprofen for 3 days but only as anti inflammatory measure because there was no pain. Actually, after a couple of weeks of sleepless nights, I am free of pain thanks to Dr Cyganska. I highly recommend this clinic.

The only complaint, which unfortunately is not at the highest level, is the lack of knowledge on the part of the reception. I don't live in a place where I could be in the clinic every day.
