D. M.Caring kind and compassionate surgery. Have only ever needed to contact the surgery a number of times and each time have been met with kindness respect and compassion. Have used both the e consult and called and never had issues getting the help or support I needed. Thank you.
A. H.I have been with surgery for over 20 years. I have always felt the doctors care about their patients . In the last two years I have contacted the surgery different ways . E consult has been great and replied to within a day . I have also had a telephone consult as well as seeing a gp in person .
I don’t think a lot of patients understand the pressures surgery staff are under particularly the GPs .
The receptionist at this surgery have always been polite when I have called the surgery as have other staff I have had contact with (nurses )
M. F.I have always been able to get through to the surgery to speak to someone, which I was unable to do at my last surgery. I have always been offered appointments within a reasonable timeframe, usually very prompt. I have always been seen on time. Very good experience.

That is strange, I've always received my results over the telephone, and have done for years...???
Other than that I find the service very good considering the pressure that GP's are under, always manage to get an appointment in very good time - and the Pharmacy next door is excellent!
