Charlotte is super friendly and discusses everything with you thoroughly beforehand. It was easy to arrange a convenient time and date for the treatment and the before / aftercare is brilliant. When it came to the treatments, it was relaxed and I had another chance to go over any questions again. The results are amazing and give you such a confidence boost. Would definitely recommend!
