Reviews of St Denys Surgery
A. N.Have been with the Surgery for years and never had a problem getting an appointment. Yes there was a slight issue when it merged with Mulberry but that seams to have settled down. Receptionists have always been helpful as well. My suggestion is if you are going to make a complaint, don't winge on the WWW contact PALs, who will deal with the surgery which is far more effective and constructive.

The staff they have now are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help a patient when they are in need. I have no qualms about putting my medical needs with the staff and doctors at this practice.

S.The doctors are good but the average wait time for an appointment is around 3 weeks. Also my wife has had some very disappointing encounters with their receptionists and I suspect she isnt the only one.
