T. L.Generally speaking very good. The odd hiccup, but able to get appointment on the same day when required. I find the Doctors, Nurses and support staff are professional and helpful.
I. S.Been at this surgery for 20 years and Testvale have a great level of care throughout. The receptionists, nurses and GPs I've seen have all gone to great lengths to accommodate and I'm extremely grateful to them.

Sometimes we need to wait extra for our appointments but appreciate that some people with more severe medical conditions and co-morbidities require more than a 10 minutes slot for a Doctors' appointment. I'm particularly grateful to Dr. Zardis for the great care and prompt communication.
T. B.Just an update on my view of this Surgery . Someone said we have stopped clapping for the NHS but the pressure is still on Staff at Test Vale . I turned up in error , not sure who`s error as confusion effects us all . The staff simply dealt with the issues just as I have come to expect , quietly and effectively . Our Surgery deserve 10 stars , if anyone disagrees then the Practise Manager always investigates fairly

S.I went to this surgery using out of hours service as my surgery still being closed for months due to pandemic, the service I received was totally amazing the receptionist was friendly an as for the Dr who was treating me was amazing ,caring an went out of his way to help me the best care I have ever had from a gp an even said if I miss my bus back home as I would of had to wait another hour for another one to come back an I can sit in a room in the warm , i can not express how thankful I am to that Dr who treated me that day an for his kind caring nature he had this Dr deserves to be nominated as the best Dr in Southampton as never in my life have seen a Dr that takes there time to to thoroughly check you over an arrange for more appointments for me to be seen
