V. B.I usually use Hythe medical centre but l was referred to Blackfield for a test. The care nurse, Julie, could not have been nicer, or more helpful. 😊
K. B.The level of care is fine, but communication is not their strong point! It is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone and their answerphone system is very poor. This could all be fixed with some better management. You can't contact them directly via email, although communication via the NHS app seems to work well.

B.My husband and I have just moved here from doret and to my delight we have found a surgery with delightful receptionist and secretaries who welcome you with a smile and empathy and help you in every way which is certainly something we didnt receive in Dorset.The doctors are so helpful and kind and certainly make you feel attentive with there kindness and care thank you so much at this wonderful surgery in the past we have felt a burden but not now.
