Babybond Southampton were welcoming and friendly and the measures they took to keep everyone safe were excellent. I am so glad that I got some reassurance in having an early scan and look at my precious scan pictures often. My husband and I felt so safe we will be booking and returning for a 4d scan when I reach 24-27 weeks. N. B.Covid measures above and beyond. Rooms are clean and nicely presented. The scan was more thorough than expected. It lasted for 15 out of the 20minute appointment and the admin completed before and after took it well over this time so I feel it was fair value for money. My sonographer Rachel was friendly and explained clearly everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. Rachel seemed very knowledgeable and the results letter was very well written. The appointment exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. In fact I booked another appointment.
E.Used Ultrasound Direct for an early/viability scan, at all times I was made to feel at ease and the whole experience was great, it was lovely to receive lots of digital images and videos to save to my phone and print outs. Would recommend to anyone, and have already booked in for our Gender scan at the Poole branch!

A. G.I’ve been using baby bond/ultrasound direct since my first baby who was born in 2013. I’ve had numerous scans at both your Southampton clinic and your Portsmouth clinic, both of which are amazing! I’ve suffered a miscarriage in the past and I was immediately put at ease. The staff are very friendly and very caring. I will be back for more scans in the future.
V. E.From the moment we walked in we felt warmth and welcome. The scan room itself was cosy and comfortable and the staff made every effort to explain everything. We did not feel rushed and nothing seemed to be an inconvenience. We were able to enjoy the moment and felt that the team truly cared about us.
We were instantly provided printed images and digital videos and images.

A. K.This was our very first 4D scan and the sonographer was extra patient. She couldn't take good pictures because of baby's position but she did her best. We got an other appointment for free and that time it was amazing. Pictures had good quality and I felt some extra care. The room was very cosy and nice, I recommend the place for everyone. I will go there again with the second one.

But we do have amazing photos of our 4d bonding scan. Our little rainbow baby girl is an absolute miracle to us.

B. P.I had an early 9 week scan here and I couldn't recommend this clinic enough. The staff were all lovely and the sonographer took the time to show me baby in detail and talk me through everything she was doing as she was doing it. The setting was really professional and clean and very relaxing. I will be returning for a 16 week scan.
J.We had a wonderful experience! The location is fairly easy to find and there is a pay and display carpark opposite, which was empty on our Sunday visit.
We are complete novices but our initial enquiry was dealt with superbly - the reception staff were so helpful and informative. We paid a deposit so secure our appointment - balance paid on the day.
The centre itself is a small ground floor practice. The receptionist knew our first names when we arrived and we felt very welcome. The waiting room was very relaxing with comfy seating and photos on the wall. We went into our appointnent on time and felt very reassured in the relaxing surroundings, which were not the typical sterile and clinical looking environment but a perfectly lit roon with subtle background music. The nurse sonographer was so friendly and welcoming. She explained the process and was knowledgeable and professional, talking us through what we were observing. We had a great view on a large screen tv! Several hard copies of our baby were included, as were some notes for the midwife.
We had an amazing experience and this visit was so worthwhile as we went there for an 8 week scan but discovered during the scan we were actually 12 weeks gone!
A great centre, staffed by lovely people. Highly recommended.

Every time I have been the staff have been lovely and even though they were running a bit behind last time I went I didn’t feel rushed, they took their time and made me feel comfortable.

T. B.This place is absolutely amazing, I took my girlfriend here because she had some terrible stomach pains and other problems. Her surgery said it would take 6 weeks to get a scan through the NHS. I phoned these guys and got her booked in the very next day, the level of care she received is worth every penny. Thank you to the lady that helped her and all the staff we spoke to.
