J. I.GP requested bloods and chest x-ray. This'll take ages, I thought. Booked in last night, for this morning to have bloods taken. Same Health Centre offers walk-in chest x-rays (if you've had one requested by the GP) so I thought I'd get it done while here. The whole lot, in and out, well organised and hassle free, within 30 minutes. Bravo 👌🏼
A. W.Had an hearing test on the 21st of April and was told I would be contacted by my consultant 2 hours later with the results . Still waiting for the phone call. . It's a hard place to call and get any information. No one ever answers the phone The one in Tunstal is diabolical you wait for ring back . They dont give you chance yo answer and cut you off. It happened 4 times to me when trying to contact them .

U.(Translated) A visit to the family doctor is difficult to make an appointment. If we have a fixed appointment, sometimes we have to wait several days. Visits are usually delayed up to 30 minutes.

Wizytę u lekarza rodzinnego jest trudno umówić. Jeżeli mamy już wizytę ustaloną to trzeba czasem czekać kilka dni. Wizyty przeważnie są opóźnione nawet do 30 minut.
