A. J.If you have an emergency then I would suggest phoning another doctor.
I have been trying to get through to the reception team for more than 30 minutes and each time the automated message completes and then a message stating "Your call cannot be completed at this time". Then the call is terminated.
If this was a line problem then I would not expect to hear the automated messages so there must be something being done at the doctors side!
B. G.Doctors are good here with what they do they give you good reassurance and help you as much as they can. As for the reception team don’t think I have anything good to say about them they are very intimidating rude with how they speak to patients and most of the time think they know what’s up with you and what you need!.
E. B.Under such pressures but I have always been seen in good time or advised over the phone. Even from reception (as they just take instruction from the GP / Nurse, for those wanting a moan at them) I’ve been with them for years and years.
