R. E. E.Practice good but lacking female doctors, which is a concern when needing to be seen by female only. Receptionist rude and on a power trip with appointments. Tried to call me rude and awkward after pressuring me to explain the reason why I was calling which was private and I didn’t feel comfortable discussing with a receptionist which is my right to do so or not. When asked why she was calling me rude and awkward she then raised her tone and changed the conversation. Not needed at 830!am in the morning at all. A reminder that phone calls are recorded and it only takes one complaint for someone to listen in At how you speak to the public! Apparently no female doctors in today or even a nurse? Find that hard to believe. 👎

P.Amazing service having telephone or face to face appointments with various doctors the advice and treatment received was extremely reassuring and helpful including the help and support from the receptionist. On holiday at the time and responses were quick and the medication received the same day. Thank you all for taking care of me
J. H.Rang this afternoon about my son told will be passed to triage doctor. Called back within 10mins with an appointment for an hour later. Doctor was running behind but I was informed about this from the beginning. I had to attend with 3 young children and they were very accommodating. We waited in a separate room. I was offered a hot drink, a toy for my baby to play with and drawing for my son. I was apologised to by multiple staff about the wait but I was just grateful they had fit us in. The doctor was pleasant, thorough, reassuring and kind to my son. We are relatively new to this practice and are very pleased with their level of service. Thank you to all the staff
