Thank you to all the staff at this surgery. Today I used the online contact form and was contacted back immediately regarding a test I required, I was then contacted by a doctor. I now have a plan in place and advice going forward . Excellent patient communication and attention to concerns. I didn’t expect to be attended to today and am very grateful to the reception staff, general practitioners , nurses and ancillary staff at the surgery for all their hard work.

The 3 occasions I have taken my young daughter to the surgery the doctors have been absolutely fantastic. Put myself and my little girl at ease and couldn't do enough to help. Can't speak highly enough of them

Yes, it can take a lot of patience :/ to get through to phone appointments, but if you must knock something, blame the booking system, not the staff. I've never found any of them anything less than professional, however harassed or busy they've been. My appreciation to everyone there.

Excellent session today with the Muscular Skeletal practitioner, Ms Khoo. Extremely thorough and informative. Thank you for all your advice and for referring me to a physiotherapist. Also, my belated thanks to the wonderful Dr. Peake who saw me as an urgent referral from my optician last thing on a Friday and supplied antibiotics (and reassurance!). Restored my faith in our precious NHS. I've always found the receptionists really helpful. I only use the service when absolutely necessary and have always been treated with utmost courtesy.

Having read some of the comments I feel compelled to write a review of this practice. It is one of the best surgeries I have ever known, the doctors are always professional and helpful. Receptionists are very caring and will always try to help patients however they can only work with what they have. It is a busy practice and if there are no appointments left it is not their fault. They cannot magic extra doctors nor extra appointments but, from many years of experience, will always try to accommodate patients. There is a room available if you require more privacy.

Receptionist was rude on my last phone call, I almost hung up. Doctors are great though and the nurse my baby had for injections was lovely. Always a long wait time despite having an infant in tow (over 30 minutes) sometimes I consider not taking her until later but I'm sure that would be frowned upon if I was late!. I appreciate that's it's breastfeeding friendly and pleasant inside.

Dr Laura Young is a wonderful doctor who actually cares. I haven't found that with the others unfortunately. The receptionists are quite hard-edged which is a shame. Perhaps they should remember that patients are often feeling vulnerable. Appointments system is ridiculous.

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Laura Young and what a pleasure it was. For the first time in a long time I was seen by a Dr that not only listened but also showed empathy and understanding and made me feel like a person and not just a number. I wish all GPs were this passionate about their patient's. I had lost faith however thanks to Dr Young my faith has been restored. An excellent GP.

Three years ago I have registered at Hartshill Medical . Every time I had a problem I have been seen and looked after by the doctors working at this practice.They have always listened to my health concerns and ensured me that I am looked after with profesionalsim and care . I have never had a bad experience in here or any questions that remained unanswered. Dr. Young has to be one of the most dedicated doctors I ever meet. Thank you all the staff at Hartshill for doing such an outstanding job.

I have been a patient with this practice for 19 years, I have seen doctors come and go but never has the care I have recieved changed its always been first class. Doctor's receptionists get a lot of grief from patients and I can only speak from personal experience but the ones here are excellent.
