Called beforehand offering us directions, was seen as soon as I walked in and greeted by a lovely lady called Ruth. Best experience I've had in any medical establishment. Great staff and speedy service 👍

I had an extraction today & as I'm very nervous of dental work I was treated with care & respect. All the staff were very caring, friendly & human! I would highly recommend this practice

I would recommend the dental clinic at Meir Primary Care Centre, Jannine at the reception was polite and patient when I got there. Doctor Ross gave me the best surgery which was painless, although at first I was quite worried when he said I need to remove that Tooth instead of fixing it as I have not done this for at least 15 years, he comfort me and made sure I was comfortable before starting the operation. Then Nurse Kerry explained patiently after on what I need to look out for and if any problems where I can get help from. In general this is a 5 star experience that I got from them. Thank you team for such good experience!

I have deep veins which can make it very difficult for any Phlebotomist to get blood out of my 'stone' but the staff are very polite and helpful. I and my family have had bloods taken there for years and we have never seen anyone treated poorly. The staff work really hard to get through as many patients as quicky and efficiently as they can. The staff aren't responsible for someones poor veins. I guess the disgruntled person who left nasty feedback is just a small minded nasty spiteful person who should go elsewhere....they would probably moan at that too!

I went to walk in clinic for a blood test, I’ve never been there before and the receptionist was very helpful. It was busy but I only waited for 10 minutes before being dealt with by the phlebotomist who I found to be very professional and friendly. Well done

For the last 8 years we had exceptional treatment starting from the receptionist to the doctors were brilliant for us it was really hard for us to move out from Meir area specially from Meir care centre....thanks very much for your help we really appreciated for looking after us as your family.. ...cheers keep it up the good work....all the best Samson and family! !

I was meant to have my prescription ready for my medication they were meant to sent it to the chemist next door I had to give times because they didn't send it across and they kept me waiting while she was gossiping on the phone I was there for 20 minutes just waiting needs better service my old doctors wouldn't have done that they had my prescription ready when they said sent it across to the chemist on time And didn't gossip on the phone knowing there's a queue of customers disrespectful
