A. G.Overall the surgery is very good, easy to get an appointment via phone, and ample parking when visiting. Staff are helpful.
My only suggestion, it is very hard to understand what some doctors are saying on the phone due to their accents. This has caused me to miss vital information and also missing blood tests, as it was hard to decipher on the call.

The receptionists are always really helpful and friendly.
Both the nursing staff and doctors are caring, thorough and professional.
c. w.Great surgery. The girls on reception are really helpful and always do their very best to help. Doctors receptionists seem to have a bit of a 'reputation' but the girls at our surgery are just great as are the doctors and nurses.
The only negative point that I'll make is that we do seem to have a bigger turnaround of doctors than I'd like but I believe this isn't a problem with just our surgery but more of a general shortage of go's.
