Conviently situated and has friendly knowledgeable staff

Mostly very helpful & friendly staff and doctors, however there is a woman at reception who really lets it down. Not sure of her name but whenever i walk in rather than greeting me, she stares at me until i speak. No hello, goodbye, smile, nothing. If she wasn’t there though i would give 5 stars
