I struggle with my mental health and have received the best support from everyone I’ve spoken to. Not once have I been made to feel like a nuisance or like my issues are unimportant. The attitude of the receptionist at the main reception is very poor, visited the surgery on Monday morning regarding a letter I had received from the hospital & when I told her about it I was in a abrupt manner I would be removed from the practices record if I dont bring proof of my ID ASAP.
