Ty'r Felin surgery is the best doctors I've been with, the receptionists are lovely, as are the doctors! I can't fault the surgery itself, but the pharmacy on the other hand, an absolute shambles.

I have updated this review, previously I scored it low due to one rude receptionist and a manager who didn't get my issue at all, however I've had amazing care from the doctors and nurses, and that is the main thing. Also the other receptionists are great.

I've always found them to be brilliant. Yes it's difficult to get through but once you do, there's usually no hassle in my experience. Others may differ in their opinion but that's natural. I hear some stories from other surgeries which makes me glad to have this surgery as mine
