I. D.Always efficient and helpful. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment but that is the national system rather than this surgery. Doctors find time to talk to you which shows excellent care and empathy with their patients. Online repeat prescription and appointment service is quick and makes it easy. Close proximity of chemist make picking up prescriptio s easy too
J. L.The surgery opens really early at 8am and you are given various options. The receptionsts are helpful and put you through to the right assistance. This morning I felt unwell and was offered an emergency appt straight away. My experience as a patient at Westrop Surgery has been one of support and courtesy. Given the waiting lists of other surgeries I feel privileged and well cared for.
