The lady on reception was very welcoming from the start of going in for my appointment. Immediately asked if I wanted a drink as she handed me my form. Amy was lovely throughout and I felt very comfortable with her. As I have sensitive skin around my eyes she immediately altered the treatment and she asked me lots of questions about what I wanted from the start. I am v pleased with the result, price was very fair and I will be going back. Thank you.

Having not even been to Aqua but read excellent reviews, I wasn’t disappointed. Welcomed with a lovely smile, offered a drink and in lovely surroundings, I was at ease from the outset. When I say, at ease, it’s because I had booked the Morpheus8 treatment and knew it was going to be uncomfortable. Well, it was uncomfortable but 30 minutes of uncomfortable is nothing compared to the long term results, which I’m looking forward to. Amy is an absolute delight and so knowledgeable. She totally put me at ease and we had some laughs along the way, I honestly felt like I’d known her for years. And that cuppa and crème egg after the procedure ❤️. No rush to leave either, just chill and relax in a lovely relaxing room with soothing music. So my first session of Morpheus8 was completed about two hours ago and I’m absolutely fine and watching the tennis. My face feels fine. I’ll be booking my second appointment in six weeks.

Coming and getting my nails done with Emma is more then 5* - she is kind, attentive and my nails are perfect every single time! I’ve been going to the Aqua for nearly a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing!! Gorgeous and clean premises. I had a Cosmeceutical facial and a back, neck and shoulders massage with Grace and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life!! Grace did such an amazing job, made me feel welcome and relaxed from the minute I arrived. The massage was without a doubt the best I have ever had. Will definitely be rebooking. Thank you so much!!

Emma was super friendly. We were non stop chatting the whole time i was there. When I arrived for my nails she offered me a drink and hung my coat up for me. I had no idea what I wanted on my nails, just that I wanted acrylics, and when I was there I decided I wanted something autumn themed. She was super helpful and helped me pick out the perfect colours for me. I will definitely be returning and can't wait to have a lovely chat with her again. I am so so happy with them

The friendliest most professional beauty salon I’ve ever been too. The spotlessly clean stylish decor and the welcoming reception staff put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. The beauty therapists are knowledgeable, caring and efficient and new treatments are regularly introduced to keep up to date with advancements in technology and techniques. I undertake a round trip of over 50 miles to use Aqua rather than use my local salons who don’t offer the same level of service.

Used once initially as was convenient as was working in Truro at the time but now wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere even though I have to travel 15 miles to get there.

Aqua is amazing and I highly recommend you visit, the staff are highly trained and they are always adding the new sought after treatments to there beauty menu, such a wide range of treatments and products available I would truly say the best you could find in Cornwall by far they are skin experts and always helping you to improve the way you look and feel about yourself, I’m so thankful for finding them, my skin has improved so much and my knowledge of how to best look after my ageing skin too,I feel better in my late forties thanks to aqua x x
