Registered with lander after appualing health car with in a hour the lovely receptionist got me a appointment, lady at the reception desk was so lovely couldn't do enough to help me, and respect to new Dr Marsh who listen to me and has put ne in fir the mris I need, I like how there's a lovely friendly atmosphere around the receptionist desk, so happy I finally got listened to so impressed the last git me a appointment with my new doctor a hour after registering that's good 👍

I have been with the Lander Medical Practice , since it had opened and can honestly say, they have always exceeded my expectations, having been professional, considerate and caring in every way . Great doctor's surgery, the receptionists are so hard working and helpful, they've helped me alot over the year's, I've noticed over the pandemic they've had alot of stick from other patients, just want to say thank you and keep up the amazing work. Dr Cuff is an outstanding doctor, extremely supportive of my medical problems, feel like she genuinely cares and wants the best for her patients.

Never had any major issues with this surgery until my dr retired, yes the receptionists can be rude on the odd occasion telephone service in the morning can be ridiculous but never in my life have i ever had such a useless gp in my life. Didn't know reason why i was on half the medication i took some he thought was for something else completely, repeat prescriptions are never fully filled always missing meds asked for and even given medication i didn't and never even been on. I'd rather and often do if i need an appointment will go c another gp not one other person i know with this gp has anything good to say about them. In the wrong profession if u ask me

We are really happy with our doctor at Lander. We always seem to get appointments relatively quickly. Having a pharmacy on site is pretty great too. I guess if I had to complain about anything it would be that the car park is a bit too small. So you want to get there early to ensure you get a space.

Very nice looking place, and great patient system. I have moved quite a lot and seen and registered with various GP's but unfortunately despite how big the place is, it has been the worst for GP's. Wait is slow even when you are pretty much the first appointment, but the main problem was the GP just wasn't interested ... didn't notice any of my current medical history despite it being on the screen as I have access to it as well or really take note of anything at all .... maybe a bad day? or morning .... either way just got fobbed off to someone else. If other appointments are better will update.

Booking an appointment was ok, called up early got an appointment that day. Once called for an emergency appointment and got one in a couple of hours. One GP said, have you tried ignoring it? Hmm... Once was given leaflets from a very disbelieving GP that I actually had symptoms. Average wait past appointment time was 20 minutes. I don't go unless I need to (never go for a cold, these were things I had tried and failed to remedy at home), several times I left feeling like they didn't want to try and fix the problem. The one time I felt someone really tried it was a trainee who really seemed sympathetic.

dr. weakes has been our doctor for many years,i cannot fault him in any way ,he has helped me many times with my elderly mother and made sure she has over the top care and i am very gratefull to him ,a superb doctor .reception girls are always helpfull considered the massive workload they have to undertake ,thankyou for all your help. jay ,pat fuller.
