J. P.Generally very good. Was a bit difficult to find at the Drake Mall in Plymouth. Overall, service was quick and the member of staff that I saw was very pleasant. I have gone for the same day result service and results are due later today. Main drawback was the cost at £119 for a same day COVID test. There are cheaper options, but I wanted the comfort of knowing my result will be with me before I travel. I used another service before and it was touch and go as to whether I would have the result in time to fly. Fortunately for me, I am travelling for work, so I claim the cost back, but for families going on holiday this is a huge expense and many will not be able to afford it.

The staff are really friendly and you will have the results the same day early evening.
This is the only place in Devon that I have found that offers this type of service.
I would highly recommend them for people who live in Devon, they also have a branch in Cornwall that offer the same service.

R. H.Some people behind me came in without masks and were not asked to wear one. This shocked me. The Plymouth branch directions say 1st floor in Drake circus. This is not correct it is the second floor (top floor) between burger king and the entertainers in a Regus workspace. This is not clearly explained on the website. I completely forgot the logistics of sending the self test sample back to Truro, from london on a Friday, knowing the lab does not open on a Sunday and with the return flight on Monday.
0900 on Sunday morning, we received the test result, so i really have to thank and congratulate the lab for all the assistance and advice, they gave.
