N. S.I rarely leave reviews but this surgery deserves the highest praise it can get, they are truly an exemplary surgery! The doctors are great and I would like to personally mention Dr Knight who was brilliant with my young daughter and made her experiences very positive, it made such a difference, thank you. I must also mention Dr Shepherd and Dr Wyatt both of whom I received excellent care from when I attended. All three are a credit to their profession. I have been registered here for many years and I can't recall a single negative experience. Appointment times are impressive I have always been able to see or speak to a doctor on the same day. A stand out surgery in many ways!
J. F.So lucky to have this practice, receptionists are kind and helpful. I've seen a few of the doctors there and a couple of nurses and every single one of them is amazing. They follow up with me and send helpful text messages about my prescriptions and usually include helpful links to resources on the internet about my conditions which is a gold star service I've never experienced at any other practices in Cornwall. Forever grateful for this practice!

A.Great surgery, always got good standard of care from the doctors and good service from the reception team. The only thing is the car park- if you're driving, trying to get to the car park is a joke at peak times. Twice now I've been locked in a queue to get in, unable to get out if I wanted to, having to wait for someone to free a space, and late to my appointment, even though I arrived in good time (15-20 mins early). Maybe make time slots so people can only park for the time of their appointment?
J. C.After being taken to hospital with chest pains and heart problems I was advised to see my gp as soon as possible. I’ve never had the chance to meet my doctor as every time I’ve called I’ve been told to call back the next day. Sadly after 6 attempts to see someone,Im going to have to change surgeries to someone who can see me. I’m sure the doctors are very good at their jobs (hence the three stars) but for anybody with immediate chest conditions I’d steer clear.
a. d.I can see why this surgery has such good reviews. I’ve recently moved to Truro as needed to register to a GP and be seen to on the same day. I knew this would be difficult especially during this pandemic however the receptions were so helpful in sorting that out for me. Massive improvement from my previous surgery in Wales!!

D. F.Excellent medical practice with terrific very empathetic Doctors and efficient staff. Modern centrally located building but parking is tight so it's best to walk or get a lift if possible. On site pharmacy. We feel very fortunate to have this Health Centre and it's universally superb hard working personel at Three Spires as our GP practice.
