Exciting News My partner and I would like to announce that we are 14 weeks pregnant today. We are absolutely delighted and very excited. We have to thank IVF-Spain Alicante for making this happen. We also have to thank Jenny Dobbs CEO of IVF-Life UK. We were really keen to have a baby but without Jenny we would never have heard of IVF Spain nor considered going to Spain for treatment. We are so glad we took her advice and guidance the whole way through our IVF journey. Thank you so much to the whole team at IVF-Life involved in making our dream come true. Roy Turkington.

We had been on this journey with RHG for over two years, the nurses and embryologists are very professional and caring. Understanding the journey that we have been, embryologist Karen Schnauffer had been following up our case closely and also discussed the potential options that we could consider. We can’t thank her more of the support. With experienced issues in previous transfers, Dr Martin Deborno had suggested extra steps prior to actual transfer, which made the transfer a lot smoother and easier - as he said, a smooth transfer is the first step to a successful pregnancy. He is a very experienced, knowledgeable and skilful gynaecologist. When I reported my pregnancy result, I could feel all RHB members were genuinely happy about the result. Now I am 4 months pregnant, without the support from the team, this can’t happen.

Our experience at RHG was absolutely second to none. Every part of the process was explained to us and I cannot thank the nurses Suzanne and Katrina enough. They were very supportive throughout even when things didn’t go as planned, they helped me keep going. The staff answering calls were empathetic and ensured that if needed, a call back was done that same day or as soon as possible. Dr Nardo was able to identify problems that hadn’t been found previously and so with his guidance and medication advise we were able to successfully carry our beautiful daughter full term. We have had 2 miscarriages both around 10 weeks and was advised to have a consultation as we would be able to discuss our situation and go ahead with testing to hopefully prevent another in the future. On having the consultation, the consultant seemed genuinely confused as to why we were at the appointment and we left feeling frustrated. The clinic however got in touch and we took up their offer of speaking directly with Professor Nardo. What a difference this made, he really spent time explaining the reasons why testing wouldn’t be suitable at this time but advised us to get in touch once I am pregnant again to run some tests. I feel much more at ease and wish our first appointment had been with him as the outcome would have been so much more positive! I would like to thank the clinic for showing genuine care by following up on our review and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

** FANTASTIC Caring and Supportive Clinic - Couldn't be happier ** Our experience began with RHG back in January 2020; from start to finish the care we received was flawless. I can't thank Professor Nardo and his team enough for the care I received. I went in for a procedure and was in the loop every step of the way. Going through ivf procedure is a very stressful and emotional experience. But Reproductive Health Group clinic made it all the procedure so easy and calm for me and my husband. Got pregnant in the first cycle, am 1 month pregnant now, got faith that the pregnancy journey will go as planned. Dr Nardo is my miracle doctor, he is really humble and would highly recommend him. My husband and I are delighted to announce the birth of our son, all of which would not have been possible without the help, care and expertise of all the staff at RHG. From start to finish we have been supported every step of the way. We attended many appointments at the Daresbury clinic, each journey being a 120mile round trip, but we were always greeted with a warm smile and a cheery 'hello' and quick catch up from whoever was around. We were really made to feel as though our case was special to everyone there. Without the perseverence of Luciano and his team I wouldn't have been diagnosed with a hypo plastic uterus, something which was likely to hinder our chances of a successful pregnancy. Luciano arranged for consultations with staff at St Mary's, which we continued with throughout the pregnancy and we are now the proudest parents of a baby boy. We cannot thank the team at RHG enough, and would highly recommend the group to anyone who is beginning their journey to parenthood.

We have had an extremely positive experience at RHG, the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and are happy to help in anyway they can. After 3 unsuccessful rounds of insemination, myself and my wife met Mr Nardo at RHG. He provided valuable advice and guidance for our best course of treatment. Within a couple of months of meeting Mr Nardo we had our 1st round of IVF which produced 4 embroyos and 9 months later we welcomed our little girl into the world. 2 years later we have welcomed our little boy using our last embroyo. After 5 failed IVF attempts I met Mr Nardo and I had a successful IVF cycle with him from 1 go. The staff here make all the difference. When you arrive all the staff are welcoming, it doesn't feel overwhelming like other clinics. Prof Nardo is extremely knowledgeable and to the point. We wasted 2 years on the NHS and in the end they didn't test for what was ultimately our problem. I wish we had started this sooner. Thankfully we were successful on our 2nd attempt welcoming our son this year, even though being over 40 the odds were against us. Thank you.

As with all fertility treatments you need to have realistic expectations; be prepared to try alternative complimentary therapies and utilise additional services such as nutritional advice and counselling, which can really help. Our 3 year journey hasn’t been easy, after a miscarriage in 2012 and a failed IVF cycle in 2013, but with the help of RHG, the missing piece of our jigsaw finally arrived in 2015 in shape of baby Oscar. Without the help, support and expertise of the team at RHG, particularly in the early stages of our pregnancy, we wonder whether we’d have Oscar with us today. We particularly appreciated the short notice appointments and the fact that when we had a concern we were invited in for a scan the same day to put our minds at ease.
