O. E.The surgery has never let me down and I've been using it almost all my life. Always able to get an appointment, doctors are always understanding and seem to care. Yes the phone lines can be busy, and yes some things have changed regarding how you access the facilities, but if anything it makes things easier not having to sit waiting on the phone for ages, so easy to submit a request online. I dont have to take up an appointment for my prescriptions anymore, freeing up more time for others who need it.
Receptionists are helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable.

After a long over due visit today i was welcomed by a young Doctor with a huge smile who made me feel very much at ease , i wont be nearly as conserned to return in a few weeks time .Great bedside manner . Thank you .
