It has now been 8 weeks since my labiaplasty procedure and I could not be happier with my results. I had read many online forums in which women were expressing that following through with the procedure was the greatest gift to themselves and I think that is very true! I feel it everyday as I go about my life with a new confidence that is only known to myself...and my partner. Dr. Vadodaria Shailesh and his team are very kind and professional and I was totally comfortable from my first enquiry. The procedure itself was painless, and I was very settled speaking to the nurses throughout. I believe the Dr. is an excellent choice of surgeon, his knowledge and experience are so obviously extensive. I have come away with a natural and beautiful result which healed problem free. What confirmed my decision from the first consultation was his clear respect for the function of the body, retaining the sensitivity and health of the female region.

I found MACS Cosmetic clinic through an online advert and went there to undergo a double procedure to correct gynecomastia and reduce the nipple size on my right chest. My whole experience of this was excellent. The clinic itself is great with a comforting interior and free WIFI and refreshments provided. The administrative staff there are brilliant and were constantly in touch to discuss the various assessments and post-operative check ups that I needed to attend as well as concisely laying out the nature of the surgery. The surgery itself was really superb. The nurses and the anesthesiologist on hand were so lovely and evidently very competent and I felt completely comfortable laying there on the surgery bed. Mr Vadodaria did an excellent job removing the excess breast tissue and reducing the size of my nipple and it was all completed within an hour. The recovery process has been smooth with very little pain experienced in the aftermath of the surgery. This process was aided by three in-person check ups (and a fourth due in a few more weeks) and outside of these Mr Vadodaria has always been on hand to answer any questions I had about my recovery. My gynecomastia and nipple size had been a real insecurity for me for many years and I am so grateful for Mr Vadodaria and the MACS team. I now feel so much more confident and secure in my body!

It's been 2 months so far since I had the gyno surgery. Have to say the process went very well, and I barely felt the pain. All bruising and swelling just went away. I have had gynecomastia since my teenage years, being too ashamed to take off my shirt going swimming or wearing anything remotely well-fitting. Due to the lack of awareness, I found it difficult to get my parents to understand that this was a genuine condition. I even lost 3.5 stone to try and get rid of the problem but nothing worked. Now in my mid twenties, I decided to have a consultation with Dr Vadodaria regarding my condition. He was neither dismissive of my concerns nor encouraging to go for a procedure; he checked to confirm the gynecomastia and thoroughly outlined the process if I were to go ahead & the options for treatment. This allowed me to reach a decision, with all the facts at hand, at my own pace, without any undue pressure - which is important when undergoing any kind of cosmetic surgery. I'd been thinking about getting surgery for almost 5 years and finally built up the courage to get it all sorted. I'd been to various clinics and just didn't feel comfortable with the level of service I'd been provided with. From the get go MACS Clinic were really helpful. Words can't describe how happy I am with their service. I've been before to Mr V and immediately I was made to feel comfortable and when I came back for a tummy tuck Mr V gave me several examinations explaining everything in detail in a very concise and unhurried manner. Dr Vadodaria has been my surgeon over a number of years. The first procedure he did for me was a revision breast enlargement where he corrected my previous surgery where my implant had been placed over the muscle, resulting in sagging and stretch marks. The results from the revision surgery were fantastic- a very natural roundness with no stretch marks or rippling. He then did dimple creation for me, and now, three years on, I still have wonderful natural dimples that no one could ever guess I wasn't born with. Trusting in his expertise, I also returned to him for revision rhinoplasty. At the consultation where I discussed what I was unhappy with, I explained that I could see there was a change needed as there wasn't something quite right, but I couldn't identify exactly what, and with his expert eye he identified that the bony bridge of my nose hadn't been narrowed, which looked slightly at odds with the narrowness of the rest of my nose, especially the tip. This minor change that Dr Vadodaria effected has produced such a flattering difference to my appearance, and people remark how pretty I look, without being able to pin point the change. One of my favourite things about Dr Vadodaria, is that unlike some other cosmetic surgeons, you really feel you are talking with a medical professional whose first and foremost priority is your health and well being, rather than inspecting you with their business glasses on. There have been occasions where I have suggested additional procedures, which I am sure another surgeon may have jumped at for their financial advantage, but Dr Vadodoria has always given me an honest analysis and has in some cases said 'no,' and for this reason, I have the utmost trust in his integrity and will continue to seek his help in the future.
