R. L.Feel so lucky to be registered at this GP practice. Usually number 1 in the queue when I call in the morning. Always accommodating with appts and rarely need to wait until the next day to speak to a Doctor. Wonderful, caring team. Thank you for everything you do!
M. E.My family feel very privileged to have access to this health centre. Doctors, nurses and even the reception team are friendly, compassionate and efficient. The on-site dispensary is also excellent.
In over ten years we have never had difficulty getting an appointment. Of course non-urgent requests take a few days in order to make capacity for emergency appointments which in our experience have been allocated within hours of our request.
C. B. M.I took out health insurance with Michelle and WPA last year. In the first instance Michelle took me through all of the options, listening to my circumstances and reviewing which option might be best for myself and my family. What she doesn't know isn't worth knowing!
As for WPA I have been able to claim for everyday things such as my dental check ups and when I have had a medical claim they have been thorough, efficient and provide great customer service.
