R. T.Have been with this surgery for over 10 years and the present team, the doctors, practice nurse and the receptionists are amazing. Have had a lot of issues with the previous receptionist, but the current ones are really helpful, willing to listen and act on, in their capacity. Excellent service received from the team currently.

I only wish they had all of the online/app services up and running as it was very convenient in my previous surgery.

E. K.I really like my doctors here from the reception lady Jackie always go out of her way to help nothing is to much trouble all the reception staff are good but Jackie stands out to me personally . I give great commandment to the 4 GP doctors that work here I would just like to say I BIG thank you to Dr Mohammed and DR karkathy and DR Rai and DR Paul for being so amazing and caring. I would like to go further and say Dr karkarthy actually saved my life as I had a serios acute illness and hospital kept sending me away but dr karkarthy kept ringing them and providing me hadnd written letters and personal phone calls to hospital to realise how I'll I actually was. I went to visit hospital 4 days in row after being seen by my gp as I was in incredible pain .overall Gp doctors here are super heroes and deserve the recognition and rewards.
Best wishes sheerwater surgery for always being so amazing. I do struggle with reading and writing so forgive my spellings or grammar while reading.
