M. C.I am so impressed with this surgery. We managed to get my girlfriend registered, seen and referred within the space of 48 hours for a suspicious lump. We cannot thank the team enough for their efficient service. All turned out okay in the end but had it not, we would be eternally grateful to the surgery for their rapid care. GP receptionists seem to get a bad name from the public nowadays, but I've found that every time we've dealt with/spoken to them at Maybury surgery they've been nothing but lovely/friendly. The clinicians were competent and in our eyes, made all of the correct decisions. In summary, an amazing place, amazing team and an absolute credit to the NHS.

A. d. T.Fantastic first impression on walk in, with a very helpful receptionist on registering. Soonest appt was walk-in on a Thursday AM, and again, friendly and professional person accepting patients. Receptionist arrived shortly after and had good repute with patients in waiting room. The Doctor who saw me was attentive, kind and thorough. I've just moved to the area and I am too pleased I finally have found what seems to be a great practice. Well done!
R. I.Good Doctor for 10 years, great service, good professional experience. Highly recommended. Sorry to say in the last year been bad. One of the Senior Receptionists, clearly says things like you are last in the walk in clinic. When I rang up about the Flu jab was told Nurse on holiday! Rang back next day and the other Receptionist told me to come down no need for an appointment Nurse there all day. When I was referred to a Consultant the same senior receptionist was supposedly to put me on the system but it only happened 6 months later because I persisted and had rang up Orthopaedics who confirmed they had received nothing yet this senior receptionist argued continually she had done it. It was only put through by another Receptionist otherwise would have waited another 6 months, feel I am being treated with no respect and being deliberately fobbed off, feel prejudiced.
