I've only just moved to the area and had a flare-up of a chronic condition. From first to last I received excellent, kind and professional help. The receptionist was welcoming, Nurse Michaela so knowledgeable and insightful, the Doctor likewise. I felt so well-treated from the initial phone-call to going off to hospital. Lovely Gemma even had time to make a cup of tea! I thoroughly recommend this surgery and I feel my health is in really good hands. Thanks to all at Broadwater

I feel compelled to review as I know the nonsense out there re GPS. I have received nothing but amazing care from all the staff at the surgery recently. The receptionists are helpful friendly and knowledgeable and the medical staff have been nothing but kind and attentive. I do not often contact them but have done recently and am tired of the grief these hard working people get. They do an amazing job even though they are being chronically underfunded.

I cannot recommend this doctors surgery enough, even under pressure i have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. My appointments and enquiries are dealt with almost immediately. Their appointments fit around you as an individual rather than them and what will work best for you.

Much better than the old surgery I moved away from. Online service is good, i can generally get an appointment within a few days. Late appointments once a week are also useful. The two G.Ps I have seen so far have been friendly, professional and sorted out my issues. Have been running late on a couple of visits and not always easy to get through on the phone. Overall good, I would recommend this surgery.

The management of this surgery is unorthodox but everyone does their job well. Clerical staff are clearly following strict rules when dealing with customers and performing administration, as the management have clearly decided that this is the only way to run a practice efficiently. This does not mean it is run well, however. I now don't bother to phone for an appointment as visiting in person appears to be the only way to achieve this if you need to see a doctor urgently. Clearly this isn't an option for most people and thrir appointment booking service definitely needs addressing. The adjacent pharmacy is excellent and well-stocked.

Absolutely fabulous. Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists and back room Support Staff are of the highest quality. Those that moan about the service provided do not know how lucky they are and my advice to them is move on to another surgery then you will have something to moan about. If the Doctor is running late it is because those patients before you obviously need more time then the appointment requires.
