D. O.No problems with them. Answering phones quickly and friendly. Getting doctors appointment no probem. Been here for a few month's. My other surgery in kent you lucky to see a doctor phoning the surgery up can take about 45 minutes then you lucky.
V. B.Efficient and friendly surgery. They have a useful online consultation system to begin enquiries and always respond fast. They also have a pharmacy on site which is helpful!
P. N.Reception staff always polite and helpful, safe distance seats rarely wait long before being called to be seen.
L. F.Have been a patient at st Lawrence for 15 years with a gap of 2 years when we moved out the area. They are a great surgery. They have picked up on several ailments that other dr surgery missed or didnt care about. The receptionist is helpful and friendly as are all the back office staff and doctors.
M. C.I joined the surgery last year and i have to say the whole team at the surgery are wonderful, the receptionists are helpful and patient, and the doctors always take time to either phone you or see you if needed.

The staff are helpful and friendly, and the receptionists manage the appointments extremely well under what I can imagine are difficult austerity time’s.
I have never been left wanting for an appointment when me or my family needed one.
K. H.Very good service here generally. My grandma is elderly and frail with dementia, and if urgent, we can get home visits same day (with her dementia she kicks off if we go into the doctors so I try to avoid it!). Caring for someone with dementia full time is tough but it does make life easier knowing we have a good doctors who will come see her when needed. Tarring Pharmacy which is within the same building is also great and deliver all my grandmas medications.
For myself the experience is slightly different as often can't be seen for a routine thing for 2 weeks, although if you ring at 8am on the day for an urgent issue, you can usually be seen same day.

L. D.The beat surgery in Worthing. Friendly receptionists. Dr's all very professional and understanding as well as informative. Despite being overwhelmed with patients due yl other surgeries closing they always find an option. You may not get an appointment straight away but a doctor or practitioner will always do a call back the same day and if needed at this stage will get you an appointment.
