Such a kind and pleasant group of staff and a truly wonderful experience. My son suffered badly with tongue tie when he was born and would only settle with the MAM dummies gifted to us when we visited for our scan. I unfortunately lost the dummy and my son wouldn’t settle for any others. I emailed window to the womb explained what had happened and that same day a lovely lady popped by our house and delivered me 2 spare dummies! Absolute god send!

Amazing! My partner and I have visited Window to the Womb 5 times over 2 pregnancies and every time they have exceeded our expectations. Booking was really easy online (we booked at 11pm) but they were available on the phone when we had further questions, and that was on a bank holiday! Appointments were available to suit our busy schedules and we made the most of the evening and weekend ones in particular. The team are all amazing, from the receptionist to the person scanning. They have always made us feel at ease and have shared in our highs and lows and we can not fault the service. For our first pregnancy we really had no idea how to go about things, but they walked us through every step of the way giving extra advice and guidance and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a private scan with a company who really cares about you, your baby and giving the best possible experience, this is the place to go. We tried another company for our very first scan for baby #1 but there was just no comparison. Worthing clinic is beyond compare being spacious, professional, and not at all clinical; the team seem to really love being helpful and informative and were very engaging with our little one who was finding out he was having a baby sister. He was a little bit scared to come into a room with strangers but they soon made him relaxed and got him to join in with the whole process. Lots of gender reveal items to choose from too and all at great prices – we just couldn’t decide which so settled on 2, a cuddly giraffe with our baby’s heartbeat recorded in it and a huge cannon full of confetti to share the experience with our family. When we had our 4D scan baby was being a pickle and we weren’t getting great images despite being sent for a walk, even that was no problem. They rebooked us in for another appointment free of charge and we got amazing images the second visit, so much so that we upgraded to HD which is incredible and so life-like.. you have to try it! We can’t fault them and can’t thank them enough. We were recommended to come here by 2 friends and our midwife and it was the best recommendation that we ever took, there aren’t many businesses that give this level of customer service consistently, the team really seem to love their work and genuinely care about you.

Really lovely experience. The staff couldn’t have been nicer at a anxious time. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back later down our pregnancy for another scan.

I went to wttw worthing for a viability scan at 8 weeks, a gender & wellbeing scan at 16 weeks and then a wellbeing & 4d scan at 26 weeks. Every member of staff we met were lovely and they all made us feel welcome everytime we went. It was great to have the reassurance throughout my pregnancy and the prices were reasonable. After we had a great experience here with our early scan, we went back yesterday for the 16 weeks gender scan. To be honest I was a bit worried about the late appointment (7pm) as the staff can be tired and rushing to go home, but they all were really patient with us. They gave us 3 (!!!) try, sent us for a walk 2 times to make the baby move! After about an hour we finally found out the gender and honesty I don't think any other places would do it for us. So well done for the whole team, they are all amazing including the very kind lady at the reception! We are very happy and for sure we will go back😀

The most amazing experience, we booked a gender scan here so our four year old son could be included, and we are so glad we did. They took so much care of us, and explained everything they were looking at and why. They even gave my son a heartbeat bear for free for being so well behaved. Myself and my wife went in for an early scan yesterday and we are overwhelmed with the professionalism and attention all of the members of staff showed us. Having had a few difficulties in previous pregnancy attempts it is safe to say we are constantly on edge and always worried about the 'what if' when we have a scan. I can say from the bottom of my heart that the team at Window to the Womb Worthing made us feel amazing from the moment we walked into the door and thankfully the scan was incredibly positive and we have loads of beautiful photos/video to keep. I cannot recommend WTW Worthing enough. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. Everything is explained thoroughly and they ensure you are comfortable throughout. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with whatever you may need. I had an early scan for reassurance and can say, it’s really put my mind at ease. I will (fingers crossed) will be returning for my 16 week gender scan. Thank you

So glad I went to the Window to the Womb to do the early assurance scan. The whole experience and putting my mind to ease was really worth the price. I went with the worry about some spotting that had occured in the previous days, and it was so good to see that the baby was absolutely fine, that they could also pinpoint on the scan the exact location where the little bleed in my uterus was coming from and how I was explained that this was absolutely normal in pregnancy. At every step of the way, it was made sure I was feeling comfortable with the transvaginal scan, which in itself is really not a big deal, and it doesn't hurt at all. Staff in general was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Me and my partner visited wttw Worthing for a early reassurance scan. They are so welcoming and made us feel so safe. They took time to sit down and speak about our concerns not just mine but my partner's too and made sure he was just as comfortable as me. They educated us without being patronising and I really felt they were holding my hand throughout the full process. They clinic didn't feel too clinical like a hospital but staff members were very professional with amazing training behind them. I'd like to revisit them for a 3D scan when the time comes and I'll recommend them to all.

Lovely calm space. I had an early scan (9w2) and was thrilled to see a little heart beat and a wiggle. The sonographer and assistant were so calm, kind, patient and really helpful. I had a internal scan - and if you feel at all apprehensive about it there is no need at all. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole scan. There is small parking spaces outside (free for the first hour) and some paid parking in the other roads near by.

I had my scan here today. I bought the gender reveal package and everything was perfect. I took my 2 children with me and my partner, my children were made to feel comfortable and at ease as were me and and my partner. Everything was keep secret until it was revealed when I got home. Fantastic clinic. The team are extremely professional and the clinic is 5*! We have some incredible photos of our baby, and to be able to see it (we didn’t find out the gender) on a big screen was amazing! The team fully respected our decision not wanting to know the gender of our baby. Highly recommend. We had the 4D well-being scan at 28 weeks. Lovely experience! I was really pleased with the length of the scan and it was a lovely surprise to be given a blue pair of socks and bottle also was surprised that I got 20 photos of the scan sent to my phone via the app and got to choose my 4 favourite to be printed free of charge. I called Window to the Womb and spoke to Gavin. So helpful and once I had explained my situation he got me booked in within less than 24 hours notice. The staff are so friendly and made me feel like I was normal instead of a paranoid pregnant lady! Sonographer Carla and the other lady (sorry her name has slipped my mind) were fantastic and really looked after us. I would highly recommend and would return. My experience was faultless and full of happiness from the moment we arrived, the most spotless and modern clinic, we were greeted by a very polite and lovely receptionist who talked me and my partner through our scan, offering me some amazing extras with absolutely no pressure... the scan room and staff were just as perfect, my family were made to feel welcome and comfortable as was my 2 year old. There was no rush to show gender and the sonographer really took her time to get 'shot' of my babies gender, talking me through everything she saw at all times. Aftwrwards we were allowed private time in a room to carefully choose our prints and were given a pair of socks in colour to congratulate us... finally we were ready to leave with a goody bag and a very warm goodbye. This is the best experience i have ever had during a pregnancy.

We had a amazing experience at windows to the Womb in Worthing for the Second time , We asked to have the gender written down for us and they were fantastic , they didn’t let on at all what we were having . When we found out we were expecting a girl after 4 boys we were over the moon ! Also when I had doubt purely of my own not believing I was in fact having a girl and sent a message for some reassurance they went above and beyond to reassure me . Couldn’t rate them any higher I tried . Lovely place very welcoming and clean , staff were wonderful and overall a fantastic experience . Thank you so much .
