I’ve been seeing Helen for over 15 years. I initially saw her on the recommendation of a friend and the regular massages helped my lower back pain. I visit Helen every 4 weeks and over the years she has used a combination of massage and reflexology to treat various health problems. Helen is also a fully qualified Acupuncture practitioner and more recently has used a combination of acupuncture and massage which has proved very beneficial. She is always very kind, sympathetic and professional.

I first consulted Helen quite a number of years ago, on a friend’s recommendation, for a lower back issue which she helped me with. I now visit every month for general maintenance and help with my failing hip and knee. I am currently waiting for a replacement hip and a possible replacement knee. Through a number of years Helen has eased tension in my neck shoulders, back hips and legs and her regular treatment has eased my aches and pains. More recently she has started to treat my swollen knee and hip with acupuncture. I’ve never had acupuncture before but I am really pleased with the increased mobility in my knee and the pain relief I find in my hip joint. I really look forward to my monthly treatment. Helen is kind, very knowledgeable and truly sympathetic to my needs. I would always recommend her wholeheartedly to help with any muscle or joint problems.

Helen at Healing Hands is excellent, offering a first class, professional service at a fair rate. She is very well qualified and keeps well up to date with new professional learning. I first visited her because of long-standing, chronic shoulder and neck ache and headaches, which she quickly got to the bottom of and which have not recurred. I now visit periodically for more general maintenance, at which she deals effectively with issues well before they become seious. I have always found her completely honest and strraightforward, never suggesting unnecessary work, and happy to offer guidance and advice on self-help. Thoroughly recommended.

Helen has kept me mobile and fit for work for the last 15 years and counting! I have a chronic upper back condition which is maintained by monthly visits to Helen for massage. She has also treated me with reflexology previously, for various things like hormonal regulation. She treated me through two pregnancies, the most recent of which caused severe sciatica that Helen's treatments gave me relief from.
