Picked up wee Nala a few days ago and the service is amazing staff are so nice and it looked like Nala did not want to leave. Definitely recommend these Kennels to anyone! Very professional.

We couldn't fault these guys when we took our very nervous dog to stay as a trial. I think i was the most nervous but the guys put my mind at ease. They really went out their way to make sure Freddie as relaxed time and it's clear they really care for every animal. We will be back in the New Year to get Freddie used to the kennels in the hope to board him while we are on holiday. I wouldn't use any other kennels as these guys do an amazing job.

Amazing place my dog Mia always looks tired and down when picking up from kennels but this time tail was wagging big smiles and relaxed. A big thank you to all the staff and especially the chap sorry can't remember name who spent so much time in the kennel looking after and sitting on the floor with Mia cuddling and making sure Mia was ok. Been taking my dogs to the Spinney for years and they are always very well looked after. The dogs pull me into the reception every time! The thought of leaving the dog anywhere when we went away was awful. We'd heard a few good things from different people about The Spinney so decided to go with them. Thankfully they had availability or by this time in the day we'd have been cancelling our holiday!! They were genuinely brilliant. The staff and kennels! I wasn't convinced they'd be 'good enough' for our wee Frenchie, but I can confirm we have booked our next holiday and the dog is booked into The Spinney too!

Patch our Springer Spaniel has a very nervous nature and The Spinney looked after him amazingly. We can not thank the staff highly enough for looking after him so well and they will be our first choice when we need to leave Patch with someone in the future.

My dog has stayed here for a couple of short stays and also a 3wk stay. They're used to his slightly crazy ways and he loves it - when we picked him up last time he shared his excitement between us all, wanting to give kisses all round - such a difference to the previous place he stayed, here he has taken a real shine to the whole team. The service to their clients is also exceptional, the weather this week has been terrible and we were meant to be going away. We got a courtesy call yesterday to say they were still open and the dogs were inside in the warmth and then a call today to check times and advise to park the car at the end of the drive. When we ended up having to cancel due to the extreme weather (all trains /buses are cancelled and police scotland are advising everyone to stay off the roads) they have kindly waived the cancellation charge. The most important thing is my boy being happy - he is. The level of service is just the icing on the cake.

Wouldn't put my dogs anywhere else. My 3 poochies are all rescues so understandably they are very nervous about going in to kennels, however every single member of staff always go out of their way to put my dogs at ease. I have no qualms about leaving them in the more than capable hands of The Spinney boarding kennels. From the care and attention the dogs recieve and the regular updates we get whilst we are away The Spinney is always my number one choice. In fact I would cancel plans if The Spinney was full up. Would never put my dogs anywhere else!!!

This was my pups first visit to a kennels and i must say after her taster I never thought id take her back! My pups very nervous and dislikes other dogs and noises however staff here were fab. They were truthful in my pups behaviour and offered to work with me and her to make it better. I couldnt of asked for better support, they really put my mind at ease and im delighted to say my pup was much better her second time around even licking staff as she left. The time and effort they put into helping her settle was next to none. Couldnt ask or recommend better.
