I brought Trixie, our wee 9 month old Yorkie, here today for the first time. Chris was brilliant at finding out exactly in what style we wanted her cut. The place has a great vibe and Trixie enjoyed herself. The quality of service is excellent, price very reasonable and the team are friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be regulars from now on and I’d thoroughly recommend Ruff Cuts to anyone.

Our Willow is a bit of a nut and can be quite difficult to brush. She has been to Ruff Cuts 3 times and always looks amazing. I have had previous groomers that have failed to deliver but Ruff Cuts always gets it right. Best groomers I know and would highly recommend. A really big thank you for the wonderful job getting bad tangles removed from behind my rough collie ears . (my husband and I had tried numerous times to do this without success !!!) My 9 month old initially nervous pup was gently managed and reassured throughout I give this grooming parlor 5 star plus and will definitely be returning for when our pup needs future grooming. Excellent service as well as being very reasonably priced - again thank - you so much for helping our pup - Highly recommend .

Took my Collie here today, she's never been to a groomer before so i was worried she'd hate it and id have to bring her home half cut. Firstly, you walk in and you can see everything, nothing hidden away, staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! Took them a few hours and Bella looks amazing and smells pretty damn good too! Literally over the moon with how great they were with her, ill happily bring her here again :)

They are all a brilliant team I have 6 dogs 5 who hate the hair dryer they all stood to be dryer. Nothing is too much of a problem. Try them you will love them and their big softie. Highly recommended! !!!!!

Take my daughters dog to Ruff Cuts The two groomers are lovely and great with Bob. He has been twice and the second time he went he ran straight in. Loves the groomers. Coukdnt recommend them enough. Wouldnt go anywhere else

After trying a few other pet grooming.we were in dispair as they handled the animals roughly and grooming was terrible. Then one day we passed Rough Cuts and dropped in. Impressed right away. No screens to hide behind no cages. Just an open area and little picket fences where your dog can sit peacefully.Very impressed. Booked our Yorkshire Terrier named Benji in that day. Now today he is going back again for a groom and taking a friend with him called Sparky. Good Job Tough Cuts. Good luck, This is our go to dog groomers.
