Started going here 4 weeks ago with a dog I am minding for a friend. We go every week and Bentley gets really excited when he knows he is going for his groom. Mark and Lynn are very friendly, professional and great value, most of all they are both animal lovers. I got my own puppy 2 weeks ago and can’t wait till he has his second vaccination so I can bring him for his first groom. Many Thanks to Mark and Lynn for all the advice and kindness. Absolutely brilliant! I took my 7 yr old German shepherd rescue here today and she was welcomed in by Mark and Lynn. The shop was very clean and tidy. Alex was allowed to free roam for a little bit before they began. Alex is extremely nervous and she seemed quite comfortable here. She looks and smells incredible. Credit to both Mark and Lynn on a very friendly and professional service, I would highly recommend collar and tie. Thank you again both and we shall see you again soon 🙂

Mark and Lynn are so friendly,really put myself and my precious baby/dog at ease. When you go in the dog is allowed to sniff around and find his feet putting him/her at ease.Then Mark asks you what you would like done not just rushes straight in.They are so patient with the dogs.The grooming studio is very modern spotlessly clean.Lovely place to be. The thing that impresses me most is the thoroughness Mark takes.He dosen't rush,and does the job to perfection.I would highly recommend Lynn and Mark.I can not Thank them enough for what they have done.

I visited here on Thursday with my VERY nervous female sprocker Coco. What a treasure of a place! Mark and Lyn were extremely patient and sensitive to how Coco was feeling. They took their time and didnt rush at all. I have never felt so at ease at the groomers before. I will most definitely be returning and making this our regular groomers. I cannot recommend Collar and Tie enough, and would like to thank Mark and Lyn for the experience. See you soon!

Took our very nervous bulldog for a pamper session. Had his nails clipped and and his first ever bath. I was amazed how calm he was, I'd even go as far as to say he enjoyed most if it. Mark and Lyn offer a very calm environment.

Absolutely 1st Class in everyway. My dog familiarised herself with the salon and so wasn't stressed or anxious. Mark was thoroughly professional. I stayed with my precious Rosie whilst she had the pamper of a lifetime. Excellent. You would be mad NOT to use Mark!

Made an appointment, and went today it was the first time my dog was going to have a bath in his life. (due to a fear of water plus hates other dogs.) I was a bit uneasy when i first got there as my dog was upset from the car journey and I was not sure how he would react to Mark ( the owner of the groomers) .BUT i need not of worried Mark is like a dog whisperer he put my dog at ease took everything slowely spent a lot of time fussing him and talking to him letting him get to know the shop. then when my dog was put in the bath, I was suprised that he stood there enjoying the water then sat down basking in the glory of Mark shampooing him. If you are looking for a dog groomer who cares, then look no further Collar and Tie Dog groomers make sure its a lovely experience for your pet.
