We are very please with Lilly and Sanddep! We have 2 indoor only cats and for very long we've been avoiding to travel long as we didn't trust anyone to take care of Dexter & Donna, until we meet this amazing couple! They are so lovely with our babies and always make sure to cover all them needs, and most important, they are very careful with the doors and windows as this was our main issue to trust somebody with them! Highly recommend, and I'm sure that Dexter & Donna look forward to spend time with them again! ♥

I used Lily and Sandeep’s service leaving my cat Luna for the first time over a weekend. I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were professional and thorough from the first enquiry and throughout the service. I felt completely at ease knowing Luna was being looked after so well. Communication was excellent, receiving photos and videos every visit. They followed my instructions for feeding exactly and kept Luna company, playing with her every visit. Fantastic value for money and I would leave her with Lily and Sandeep every time I’m away now 😃

Absolutely amazing service, lovely people, truly attentive and caring. We have 2 elderly cats, one of whom is very frail and needing a lot of care and medications. We had not left our cats overnight before and were rather anxious due to their complex needs. Lilly and Sandeep were very reassuring. They took plenty of time to get to know our cats, research some good ways to keep them safe while left alone, and familiarise themselves with their medication. During our trip, we received regular photos and updates from each visit. It was lovely being able to see our cats relaxing at home, purring away, confident that they were receiving regular attention and the care they needed. Outstanding service, worth every penny.

I would really recommend Lilly and Sandeep! They clearly love cats and took such good care of my cat while I was away. This was my first time using a cat sitting service, rather than family or friends and I was quite nervous about leaving my cat, the regular updates and videos/photos were so lovely and definitely put my mind at ease.

Lilly provides a really professional, knowledgable and fun service for looking after our old and diabetic cat Rupert!! When we go away, we call them Rupert’s “Spa Breaks”, as he gets pampered with almost unlimited fuss and brushing and poses for multiple photos every day, which we get sent to us to show how he’s doing. We really trust Lilly with Rupert and cannot recommend her cat sitting service enough!!!

This is the first time I have ever used a professional cat sitter as normally I would ask family or friends. As I have 4 spoiled cats, I felt it was time to find a professional to care for them. I would never consider a cattery because 2 of my cats are very timid and nervous. Lilly and Sandeep were absolutely fantastic. As new customers, we would highly recommend Home Loving Cats and will definitely be using their services in the future. Lorraine was incredible and we felt safe leaving our boy with her. We had daily updates with videos and photos, which was reassuring and we looked forward to them every morning. Lorraine installs a cat feeder with set times that suit your pet so there is fresh food throughout the day - which means we only needed one visit per day but were safe knowing our cat was fed 4 times a day. This was one of the key deciding factors for us when doing research about suitable cat sitters. It was also good to have Lorraine checking on the house and helping with other things such as plant watering. In addition, Lorraine was very communicative and responsive, and we had a consultation visit with her where we discussed our cat's needs. Our cat also responded very well to her. All in all top service and very glad to have used Home Loving Cats.

It was the first time we went on holidays for so long (3weeks). We were a bit worried because it's not always easy to let your cat to someone especially when he is used only to you. Lorraine has been very professional, very kind, she sent us news, pics and videos of him every single day to reassure us. You could see he enjoyed her company and that she has really taken care of him. It's obvious that Lorraine loves cats and this is the most important.
