A. B.I used Rachel's for the first time yesterday with my little Pomeranian called Percy. He was very nervous when dropping him off, but when I collected him he was a different dog. The team were great with him and clearly asked what I wanted done with him.
He was very relaxed there was loving the teams attention.(typical Pom) Without a doubt the best groom yet, he looks and smells amazing ! Can't wait for him to return thanks again

H.Absolutely over the moon with the quality and attention given to my little boy from the two ladies at Rachel’s Dog Wash and Groom, my little boy here in the pictures suffers from anxiety and has always been very nervous at other groomers, so to find such a perfect and relaxing pleasant place for me to take him now is so reassuring, thank you both at Rachel’s Dog Wash and Groom.

N. M.Rachel and her staff were amazing with my puppy who has separation anxiety. My pup smelt amazing and was so clean and soft after her groom. Extremely competitive pricing and a very dedicated service to the dog. My pup Nala is always a nervous wreck when I leave her with anyone but when I collected her she was enjoying playing with the staff and the toys. She also got the opportunity to play with other pups which is great for socialising young dogs.
Rachel was absolutely lovely and it was a very different experience to any other groomers that I have been to. She took her time to speak to me and get to know Nala before I left her there.
I will never go to another groomers after the excellent experience that Nala had there. I have a very happy, clean puppy. Thank you

The lady is AMAZING she is so friendly and the place is so warm and welcoming.
I would reccomend this place to everyone try it honestly i would trust this lady with my dogs anytime she actually loves every dog that comes in and shows them so much love and affection i will be so gutted if this lady ever goes!!!! Will only be using her from now on x
