Always my go-to for grooming both my dogs. They do their best to fit you in when works for you, the dogs are left and receive a call ten minutes before they're done to go and collect. Reasonable prices and listens to what you ask for and does a good job. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Woodie looked great when we picked him up. It was our first time at Cats and Dogs and Melissa did a great job especially as it had been too long since his previous session and his coats was dry and matted.

On my first appointment Mel seemed a bit abrupt and I thought she should have handled my boy a bit more gently. However, I went back because of her obvious knowledge & skill. I have since learnt that her apparent abruptness is just efficiency. And that her roughness was just not giving an unknown cat the chance to use its claws on her. Once she knew how gentle my Truder is she became equally gentle. So what I saw was professionalism, skill and she really cares cares about her clients. Highly recommended.

Scott is half-persian, so really fluffy. He's very old (88) and we were worried that he might not cope, having had a number of grooms previously elsewhere. He can also be a handful as he tries to protect himself, so occasionally lashes out. Oya has done an absolutely superb job and I can't recommend her highly enough! She was very sympathetic to our nervousness and as soon as I arrived, allayed any fears for myself or for Scott. When I went back to pick him up he was laid out on the bench and was really relaxed after his treatment. As you can see from the photo, Scott was extremely matted and needed a fair bit of work. Now that Scott has been groomed, we'll be going back there with our other cat and will use Cats & Dogs for all future requirements.
