We recently took on two 5 month old puppies and we sent a few different messages to a few different groomers regarding the grooming of them. The warm, passionate, detailed response we recieved from Paws at Pencoed told us straight away that this would be the place we used! We took the pups for their groom today, one was born blind and the extra reassurance he was given was outstanding! Both dogs look impeccable. Top quality, professional service all round! The dogs enjoyed themselves so much that on their evening walk we walked past Paws as they were finishing up, both dogs sat at the door waiting to go in to say hello again! The fact both dogs wanted to go back was beautiful to see!
