Andy's cat sitting service is fantastic. It gives us such peace of mind to know our cat is safe and well looked after when we're away. His service is incredibly easy to use and he has always managed to accommodate us, even our last minute requests. He is very reliable and quick with communication. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy.

Andy is the best - so trustworthy and so kind to my cats. Always polite and punctual. The cats love him. Easy communication and such a straightforward process. Andy came to the rescue just a week before my 7 night holiday, when my friend due to cat sit dropped out. He dropped by to collect keys, meet my cat and learn where the food and tray were. My cat is very unsure of new people but by at least the third day (spotted on our camera!) she came running at the sight of him, tail in the air ready for dinner. It takes a friendly person to charm her quite so quickly. Andy dealt with her feeding, tray and even cleaned up her sick, leaving each morning with a happy cat and clean flat. He was very communicative, sending us a whatsapp picture of Lisa on the first morning, calming the first concern any pet owner will have while using a new cat sitter is, will they actually turn up! Of course we trusted that we would, but it was nice to have the confirmation. At the end of our holiday he even opted to not leave our keys on the last visit, just in case we had been flying and had suffered from the delays mentioned in the news. He dropped them round later that day, finishing off what I would consider top level service all round. Will certainly be using Cats Club Brighton again.

I have used Andy from Cats Club many times now and would highly recommend his pet sitting service. I have left my cat in his care for up to a month at a time and every time I return my cat is happy and has been very well cared for. My cat has quite a long coat and Andy has kept him tangle-free every time that he’s looked after him. I have found Andy to be very flexible and accommodating in a range of scenarios. He has looked after my cat with less than a days notice and has watered my plants too. Andy is very trust worthy and I have no issues at all in leaving a front door key with him. The updates that are given whilst you are away include pictures of your pet, which is a really lovely, personal touch. I could not recommend this company enough and I am so grateful for this amazing service.

The service that Andy provides is absolutely spot-on. I know that I can ask him to look after my cat and I do not need to do anything other than request the dates and everything is very efficiently in hand. I really appreciate it that Andy sends me a picture of my cat when it turns up for meals. So when I am away from home I am confident that he is being well looked after. It’s also great to receive a text at the end of the period stating that they have given him his last feed. In a nutshell communication is great. The invoicing and payment process is very easy to use and the price is fair for the service delivered. Previously I would take my cat to a cattery which I hated doing, putting him in his carrier and dropping him off into what was essentially a caged environment. Cattery’s are quite expensive but putting the price to one side it’s the quality of experience for both the cat and it makes Cats Club such an effective service. With Cats Club I can simply go away on holiday without all of that stress and anxiety both for the cat and I. The cat can roam around the garden and parts of the house I allow when I’m not there and at night time his catflap is secured by Andy so I know he is safe at night. I was extremely grateful to Andy when I was unexpectedly admitted to hospital several months ago and he was able to feed the cat at the drop of a hat. In summary this is an excellent service and one I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to other cat owners.

We have only recently signed up with cats club in Brighton. Our first experience though, was outstanding. Professional and caring, we felt very confident that our cat, Lola (don't ask), was well looked after. We will certainly carry on using them. I know it's personal but for us, it's nicer having Lola in her home rather than putting her into a cattery. 2 years on from that original review and nothing has changed. Cats Club Brighton have been consistently excellent, professional and caring. We wouldn't go back to a cattery again given our experience with Cats Club in general, and Andy in particular. I thought I'd bring this up to date... but nothing has changed! The service from Andy is outstanding. He is so helpful when things don't quite go to plan too. Can't recommend Cat's Club highly enough.

Having dealt with other "cat sitters" in Brighton over several years, Andy is by far the most reliable. For starters, he actually communicates effectively and respectfully; sadly, a rarity in my experience. Excellent value for money too. He arrives promptly and sends you a photo of your cat to stop any worries. Given the recent COVID restrictions, i imagine most people would've kept hold of the money already paid but Andy was reasonable enough to apply credit to my account. Cannot recommend him enough to look after your four legged friend(s).

Highly recommended. We have complete peace of mind leaving our cats in Andy's care when we are away - he is very caring and we know they are very well looked after. Customer service is also excellent and rates very reasonable. We've used Cats Club Brighton for several years and would not go anywhere else!
