We were struggling with a few aspects of Ned the Dog's behaviour (and annoying the neighbours!) and with Georgina's patient advice, clearly based in a deep understanding of dogs, we have seen big changes in just a few weeks. The all round care provided by Georgina is fantastic, incredibly helpful home visits, dietary advice, comprehensive notes of our sessions and clear, informative - and above all, useful - handouts. All that and Georgina is at the end of the phone or email to give advice and support. Brilliant! Thanks Georgina.

He had had a few scary experiences, such as a shock from an electric fence, which had left him very fearful of the world. Fortunately Georgina was recommended to us, and with her caring advice and expert knowledge, we now feel far better equipped to help Rudy. Experiencing life through Rudy's eyes (and ears!) is key to being able to aid him in regaining his confidence. We've learnt many valuable techniques for managing his fears. He is an amazing little dog , so clever, and becoming quite brave, too!

Georgina really helped us when we were at breaking point with our beautiful but difficult boy. She was very good at listening to our concerns and reassuring us that much of what we were perceiving as aggressive was overstimulation and sometimes simply normal for a teenage puppy. Leonard responded to her immediately - showing us that it was possible to train him, and giving us much needed hope. She shared brilliant tricks and tips for managing his difficult behaviour in a way that put us in charge, whilst responding to his needs. She helped us see things more from his point of view, which helped us stay calm in the face of what we perceived as being naughty. She is an empathetic dog owner with lots of qualified, practical and no nonsense advice, delivered in a non-patronising, non-judgemental and genuinely helpful way. We are still on a journey of discovery with our pup, but feel much more confident as a result of Georgina’s expert help.
N. B.Georgina is incredible, she supported us through puppy training until we felt happy and confident as first-time dog owners. Her care and thoughtfulness makes all the difference - the sessions were fun, tailored to what we needed and each time we came away with a raft of new techniques that quickly set us up for success. A. M.We contacted Georgina at Planet Dog as we'd had a few issues with our rescue dog that were worrying us. We chose to use her behavioural consultation service.
The process was very thorough with Georgina taking her time to understand our issues. This was done through an initial form and then several calls.
Following this, Georgina gave us a plan to implement in the form of a general response to the issues and a detailed report.
We were then in contact with Georgina through several follow-up sessions.
I'm pleased to say that following this process we've been able to address the issues we faced and both us and our dog are in a much better place.
