This is the first time we have used Toto cat feeding services and it was a brilliant experience throughout. From making the initial enquiry through to confirming the booking the process was easy, efficient, professional and friendly. A week later our cat feeder Sue came to meet us and she is wonderful! Very reassuring to meet her beforehand and be able to take her through everything in person. It's also definitely worth taking the time to fill out your routine details thoroughly on their system as this really helps ensure the cat feeder has all the necessary info. Our cat seemed really content and happy in Sue's care and for the first time ever wasn't grumpy with us on our return! Thank you Sue! Have already re-booked for a later date and would recommend Toto without hesitation.

'HAPPY CATS - HAPPY OWNERS' 6th March 2017 This is the second time we've used Toto cat feeding services. Simon and the team are brilliant! We've never left our cats as long as 3 weeks before and hoped they'd be ok, but left in Toto's extra special care we had no worries at all. Toto Cat Feeding & Cat Sitting have been absolutely marvelous and I couldn't praise Simon and his team enough. Simon was super communicative throughout the six week period of looking after our cat Georgie, he sent regular photos everyday and would give a few sentences discussing Georgie's behaviour. Georgie was quite stressed and anxious when had left which was upsetting to leave, yet when we returned he was looking much calmer, well groomed, healthy and a much happier cat. It was very reassuring having regular communication and updates with Simon. Due to the pandemic we had to book Simon for a longer period than planned. Simon was very flexible with the dates, reliable and responded straight away to any queries. He also looked after the plants while we were away, and his team also hoovered our living room that became thick in cat fur so it would be nice and clean to return home too. Toto Cat Feeding really focus on every detail down to your cats favourite toys, games and the routine of feeding and wetting. They are the best cat sitting service we have used, and from this experience onward I will only be trusting and booking Simon and his team to look after Georgie in the future. They really do go above and beyond.

They were responsive on first contact and Sue visited before to meet Luna and to collect keys. She had a lovely way with Luna and we felt confident that our pet would be in caring hands. Fantastic experience of Toto Cat Feeding and Sitting Service when we went away on holiday for a couple of weeks. The cats seemed to have a great time and were very happy when we got back!! We were kept up to date with regular photos which was very much appreciated. We wouldn't use anyone but Toto for our cat as they are fantastic :-) We used to send our cat to a cattery but when we found Toto's services, and Simon popped round for an initial chat, we immediately saw how good he was with our grumpy old cat Mogwai, who took to Simon immediately! We first met Simon when we moved from London to Brighton over four years ago and he instantly bonded with our three cats – even Merlin, who’s notoriously shy with everyone else. I never used to relax properly when we were away – this all changed when we found Toto – the cats love Simon and his team and are always happy and relaxed when we come home. Recently two of our cats have been on medication (and are extremely fussy about how they take it) – this has been no problem at all – and I particularly love that we’re sent pictures of them looking happy while we’re away. Our kitten is just over a year old and is predominantly a house cat who we take into the garden on a supervised basis. We had previously not been away for more than a couple of nights so it was a big deal for us to leave him to go on our summer holiday. I read Toto's reviews and arranged for Simon to visit and was immediately confident that we could leave our fluffball in his hands: he was on the floor playing within minutes of being through the door and struck up an immediate rapport. We booked a week worth of stay and play sessions and on Simon's recommendation got a timer food bowl with freezer packs to deliver food at the expected times. We loved getting daily of photos which showed a lovely mix of playing and grooming and a trip to the garden where weather permitted. We wouldn't hesitate to use Toto again and would recommend the service to anyone. I would also mention that the administration is really clear and thorough, inputting all relevant information on the website which is easy to update later, and getting really clear email instructions for payment, key drop off etc. This made arrangements really straightforward and contributed to our positive view of this very professional service.

We've been relying on Simon and the people at Toto Cat Care for several years. It's so reassuring to know they will take good care of our two cats, feeding them regularly as well as giving them some affection when we are away. It's a bit nerve wracking to let someone else take care of your beloved pets (and have access to your home) but Toto are reliable and safe, I would recommend them to anyone. They also take the time to get to know you and your pets with an initial introductory visit before you book and keep you informed about how your cats are faring without you via an email with attached cute picture. Thankfully our cats have never got sick while we've been away, but if they did and we were uncontactable I would trust Simon to take them to the vet and liaise with our emergency contact to decide how to proceed. Also, their online system for booking is easy to use and makes booking visits very straightforward. Overall a great service.

Professional, friendly and trust worthy cat sitting service. We came across Toto cat feeding on google when we were looking for someone to feed our cat a few weeks before going away. The process was seamless from start to finish, using the online booking system was easy and then someone came over to meet our cat and find out about his routine. I have used Toto for over 5 years. I have had three cats which have all been lovingly looked after by Simon and his team at Toto. Two were incredibly fussy British Shorthairs and one was a raw fed longhaired moggie. I must say finding a cat sitter whom I was comfortable with to feed my raw fed cat was difficult. I had no worries when it came to Simon and his team. They ensured all of my kitties were properly looked after in the comfort of their own home. You can rest assured when you go on holiday as well. My upstairs neighbor had her bathtub overflow which caused ceiling damage to my flat. Simon cleaned all of the water up, took pictures, alerted me and also made the upstairs neighbor aware that there was a leak. This went above and beyond my expectations of the perfect cat sitter. All those local to the Brighton area should look no further than Toto. This was very reassuring and it was clear that they really care about the cats' welfare. They send emails for the first and last visit and they also send some cat photos along the way! I know that if the cats ever got unwell that they'd contact us immediately and get the cats to a vet if needed. When we'd been away on holiday for a week, we even returned to find that they hoovered up all of the cat litter for us, which we were so surprised by and extremely grateful for! After using cat 'boutiques' etc over the years we found our cat Bobby would come back slightly traumatised no matter how good the care he received was, this was due to him being taken from his usual environment and cats being cats are obviously very territorial, honestly he was so clingy for the next few days after getting him back each time it broke my heart to think he was essentially having abandonment issues. Anyway a friend of mine recommended Toto and we've never looked back! The care he gets is great and in all honesty when we return from holidays he's clearly pleased to see us but I do get the 'oh, back are you..?' look! He's so much happier staying in his own home with his wealth of own beds!
