Sara was just amazing with our puppy Rudolph! I could tell from the start that she loves what she does :) Rudolph had a poor experience with a groomer before, so Sara was super patient and made him feel welcomed and comfortable. When I came to pick him up he looked and smelt amazing, and most importantly, he was very happy and relaxed! Thank you Sara, I’m sure little Rudolph will look forward to being groomed with you now!

This was our first groom with Sara. We had 2 Yorkshire terriers one of which is almost 15. It was home from home for the boys, they could use her garden and had time to smell her home to feel comfortable. Sara totally made our boys feel at home and they were happy when we collected them. They wanted more garden time!! They looked great and smelt amazing. Booked again for May. Thanks Sara for looking after them so well. Linda

I goggled somewhere I could take my 14 week puppy Sara came up I called her and she went out her way to book my puppy poppy in nothing was too much. On the day of poppy's groom I couldn’t find where Sara lived but she came out and helped she is a lovely lady. The groom poppy received was excellent and Sara is so professional and caring she took her time and reassured my puppy constantly I will definitely be going back thank you so much ❤️

Sara is absolutely amazing! She genuinely loves her dogs and families 🥰 she does an amazing job and really listens to what you want. Takes time brushing him out rather than just shave him (because it’s easier). A lovely person and clearly loves what she does. Would highly recommend

Sara was absolutely amazing. My dog is a known nipper when being clipped, but Sara was patient and calm with him and he came through without needing a mussle. He is is 13 years old and looks as fresh as a puppy. His clip is neat and tidy and he came out smell lush. Thank you so much and we can't wait to see you again soon.

I took my beagle to Sara for the first time today, I cannot rate her highly enough, she made us feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we arrived and let him have a good sniff around the salon and the garden, she gave him lots of fuss and I felt comfortable leaving him with her. When I arrived to pick him up he had a big treat and a lovely bow, he also smells gorgeous, I have booked in again and will be using Sara going forward :)

Sara did a fantastic job at giving our gorgeous spaniel his first ever groom and he looked super handsome after. Our pup was a bit nervous and a bit squirmy. Sara was so patient and gentle and he absolutely warmed to her. I am so pleased with the service we received from Happy Tails and would definitely recommend this groomers. Excellent! I took my nervous 8 month old puppy Bertie for his first proper groom and Sara was absolutely amazing with him and made us both feel at ease. Took My Chorkie Pup Bertie for his first grooming session and I have to say Sara was amazing with Bert from start to finish. Friendly and professional. If you’re looking for your dog to have complete one on one attention and care then happy tails is for you!! So many times our cocker came back from a big business groomer and was clearly done in a rush. Sara at happy tails makes your dog feel like number one, professional and loving, she cares for your dog as though it’s her own. I can’t recommend her enough, Poppy is always excited to come and see you!! Poppy smells and looks wonderful after visiting happy tails.

She dotes on her dogs and would treat your dogs as her own, she’s skilful, educated, driven and above all caring. Sara has groomed my 13 year old springer a few times now , She is so lovely with Poppy ....who has limited mobility on one back leg . You can tell that she absolutely adores what she does and this shows in her handling of Poppy and the results she achieves ...Poppy also adores her . I’m so happy that we found Sara, she’s wonderful. Our Lhasa Bodhi absolutely loves Sara and her lovely home grooming studio complete with garden for a run around! Sara loves her doggy clients and this is what we were looking for, someone lovely who Bodhi would bond with and look forward to visiting. He looks incredibly smart, happy and fresh when we pick him up and I have to coax him to come home. We couldn’t recommend Sara at Happy Tails more!
