My Toffee is looking gorgeous after a re groom today, was disappointed with his last one but after a great chat with them about packages and what’s included I could see the misunderstanding... they were more than happy to discuss things and offered to groom him again and they got it absolutely spot on, customer satisfaction is clearly important and they were brilliant from start to finish.. happy dog, happy mum 🐶
