I really rate Ian. He is so clear in his communication (with dogs and humans!). I felt like he really took time to get to know my dog and me, and is considered in how he understands what you/my dog needs/wants. I trusted him from day 1, and that has made it so easy for Luna to feel safe (she’s not the most trusting dog in the world but I think she picked up early she was safe). I feel like Ian get dogs and applies it well - couldn’t recommend him more !!

Fynnick (the dog) absolutely loves his walks with Ian. He's always delight to see him and exhausted after a great adventure with his other furry friends. We love the pictures from their day. We got in touch with Woofits as we needed someone to check in on (and give some attention to!) our cat when we went on holiday. Ian took the time to come around a few days before our trip, to show us his documentation, but also to meet us and our cat. He was very friendly, professional and clearly an animal lover - which put our minds at ease. We received daily updates and photos from Ian which was lovely, and a very nice touch when you are far away and missing your pets! Ian is excellent with our 5 month old Golden retriever Wilma! He continues our training when on walks and visits. Updates us with pictures and videos of their walks and lets us know how she is, putting us at ease knowing she is in good hands! Plus Wilma loves their walks and gets to socialise with other dogs!
